Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 weeks. Domestic orders within Malaysia are sent via Poslaju; international orders are sent via DHL Express. Shipping cost is calculated based on parcel weight and size at checkout. Prefer to skip shipping entirely? Foundation of Life is also available for pickup in-store at our One Utama outlet — select in-store pickup at checkout.
Sizing
Our bracelets are made in one fixed size, comfortably fitting most adult wrists between 15–16cm in circumference. Our anklets are made in a general free-size measurement. To check your fit before ordering, wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of string around your wrist just below the wrist bone / anklet bone — if it's close to 15–16cm (for wrist), this should sit comfortably. Unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we're happy to help you check.
Care Instructions
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to clean, and recharge at least once a week in direct morning sun between 7–10am, for 30 minutes.
Important Note:
Heaven's Gift crystal pieces are offered as part of a belief-based practice rooted in our Academy's teachings. They are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or care.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final — we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel, you're welcome to do so within 24 hours of placing your order; after that window, the order is considered final and will proceed to preparation and shipping. To cancel within the 24-hour window, message us as soon as possible via WhatsApp (012-321 1908).
