This notice is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. 1. Who we are
This website is operated by Heaven's Gift, the retail arm of Heaven's Gift Academy of Crystal Light Transmission, located at Lot 332, LG Floor Oval, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. For the purposes of the PDPA, we are the data user responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to serve you, and we collect it directly from you:

Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address when you place an order, book a session, message us on WhatsApp, or fill in a form on this site.

Order information — the products you purchase, delivery address, and order history. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Session information — booking details and, where relevant, notes from your session. Anything you choose to share during a session about your wellbeing is treated as sensitive personal data and handled with your explicit consent, under stricter access than ordinary records.

Website usage — technical data such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies by our website platform (see section 5).
What we don't do: we do not buy data about you, we do not collect data from third parties behind your back, and we never sell or rent your personal data to anyone. This has been our position since 2001 and it is not changing.
3. How we use it
Your personal data is used for the purposes you'd expect and no others:

4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who need it to do their job for you:

Each provider is bound to use your data only for the service they provide to us.
5. Cookies & analytics
This site runs on Wix, which uses cookies for essential functions (keeping your cart, remembering your session) and analytics (understanding, in aggregate, how visitors use the site). You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and through the cookie banner where shown. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the shop functions.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for: order records for the period required by Malaysian tax and accounting law, session records while you remain a client and for a reasonable period after, and enquiry messages only as long as needed to resolve them. Data that no longer serves a purpose is deleted or anonymised.

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

8. Data outside Malaysia
Because our website runs on Wix, some data is stored on servers located outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on providers whose safeguards are consistent with what the PDPA requires for cross-border transfers.
9. Security
We take practical steps to protect your data: our online store runs over encrypted connections, access to customer and session records is limited to staff who need it, and payment details are handled by certified payment processors rather than by us. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we ask you to place in us.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes — anything that changes what we collect or who we share it with — will be flagged clearly on this page rather than buried.

We believe in being precise about what our work is. This disclaimer isn't fine print designed to protect us from you — it's the same honest framing we use everywhere else on this site.
1. Wellness, not medicine
Everything we offer — crystals, supplements, sessions, and educational content — supports personal exploration and well-being. None of it is a medical treatment. Nothing on this website, in our store, or in any session constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it replaces the care of a qualified doctor or mental-health professional.
2. Our services
Our sessions — CLT Profiling & Coaching, the HG BioWell Scan, Aura Reading & Photography, and CLT Geo-Energetics — are wellness-based energetic assessments and coaching practices, offered within a framework developed over 25 years at Heaven's Gift Academy.

The BioWell scan measures electrophotonic emission and presents it within a bioenergetic model. It is not a medical test, does not diagnose any condition, and does not predict health outcomes.

Aura readings are interpretive sessions. They reflect a practitioner's reading within our framework, not an objective assessment of health.

Profiling and coaching offer recommendations for your consideration. Decisions about your wellbeing remain yours.

Geo-Energetics assesses spaces within CLT geomancy principles. It does not replace building, safety, or environmental inspections.
3. Our products
Crystals are natural minerals; each piece varies in colour, pattern, and form, and product photographs are representative rather than exact. Descriptions of crystal properties reflect our practice tradition and 25 years of documented experience — they are offered as part of that tradition, not as scientific or medical claims. Supplements sold in our store are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease; follow the labelling, and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
4. Testimonials
Testimonials and reviews on this site are genuine accounts from real clients, shared with permission. They describe individual experiences. Individual experiences vary, and no testimonial should be read as a promise that you will experience the same.
5. General
We keep this website accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it is free of errors at every moment — prices, availability, and session details are confirmed at the time of order or booking. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Heaven's Gift is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information published on this site — when it matters, talk to us directly and we'll confirm the specifics.
